El mec\u00e1nico, apretando los dientes con frustraci\u00f3n, le respondi\u00f3 conteni\u00e9ndose: \u00abMam\u00e1, te acabo de ahorrar 500 d\u00f3lares en el taller&#8230;\u00bb, buscando al menos una pizca de reconocimiento por su esfuerzo diario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lejos de agradecerle, el hermano abogado estall\u00f3 en carcajadas burlonas desde el sill\u00f3n de piel: \u00abEs tu obligaci\u00f3n bruto, al menos as\u00ed eres \u00fatil para algo, vete a lavar las manos antes de apestar la casa\u00bb. Con el rostro endurecido por la rabia y harto de tantos a\u00f1os de humillaciones, el mec\u00e1nico dio media vuelta sin decir una sola palabra m\u00e1s y sali\u00f3 azotando la puerta principal con fuerza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afuera, bajo la luz de la tarde, se detuvo frente a un lujoso Ferrari \u00faltimo modelo aparcado en la entrada, sac\u00f3 las llaves del bolsillo y un grueso fajo de billetes, abriendo la puerta del deportivo mientras miraba fijo hacia la ventana de la sala. \u00abSe acab\u00f3 el juego de ser el sirviente de la familia; hoy mismo les cancelo la escritura de esta casa que yo mismo compr\u00e9 y pago mes a mes, para que aprendan a respetar el trabajo de los dem\u00e1s\u00bb, sentenci\u00f3 con una sonrisa fr\u00eda antes de encender el motor y arrancar hacia su verdadera y pr\u00f3spera vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Moraleja<\/strong> \u00abQuien desprecia el trabajo honesto de un hermano para enaltecer la soberbia del hijo consentido, termina descubriendo que la verdadera riqueza y el \u00e9xito se llevan en la humildad\u00bb.
